Our History

Founded in 2021, and after having 20 years of renovating, repairing and Maintaining multifamily we decided to transition to acquiring multi family assets full-time due to the numerous opportunities we were seeing in the market. Our team consists of seasoned professionals who have the capabilities to get each project across the finish line in a timely fashion while staying on budget

Forced appreciation is the increase in value directly related to an increase in rental income or a decrease in expenses. The better that property performs, the higher its evaluation.

Geoff Allen

Geoff Allen is a General Contractor with 20 plus years in renovation and construction. He is experienced with renovating, repairing and maintaining multi family asset for invests. His leadership and management skills has lead him to acquiring value add multi family assets in New Jersey. He’s an entrepreneur at heart and volunteers his time to various local organizations to help strengthen his community. His goals for PMG Acquisitions is to provide underwriting that weighs risk tolerance with potential returns. By doing so, he will forge long term trust and partnerships with investors.
